Cancellation Policy
Must reschedule/cancel within 3hrs of your scheduled appointment. Anything after you will be charged 50% cost of service. There is a 10 minute grace period for all appointments. If you communicate that you’ll exceed the 10 minute grace period you will be considered late, and will be charged a $15 late fee. If you don’t communicate you will be considered a NO-SHOW and charged 100% cost of service. NO SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED 100% cost of service.
